I’ve jumped through most of the hoops to be able to bill and work with Medicaid insurance in NC. Now I have to write a policy and procedure manual as well as job description for employees (CNA I, CNA II, PCS, In-Home Aide) Can anyone direct me in the right direction or give me some ideas. Thanks
